Abstract

1315565 Developing apparatus XEROX CORP 21 Aug 1970 [29 Aug 1969] 40432/70 Heading G2H Toner on a support 14 is picked up by the centrifugal force of a rotating conical housing 11 or a rotating system of tubes 50 and speed over on image bearing element 1 by a disc 30 or 54. The disc may act as a development electrode and to increase toner agitation may be roughened or may carry magnets (42), Fig. 5 (not shown). Alternatively stationary magnets (41), Fig.4 (not shown), may be positioned beneath the disc.
