1313418 Hand-propelled-vehicle brakes TAN SAD-ALLWIN Ltd 29 April 1971 [6 June 1970] 27454/70 Addition to 1046089 Heading F2E A perambulator or like wheeled vehicle as in Specification 1,046,089 has wheel tread-engaging portions of the sprag means releasably connected to the shaft 10 for adjustment transversely of the shaft. A plate 12, fixed to the shaft 10, has a brake shoe 18, 20 at each end, the shoes being grooved and fixed to the plate by bolts 22 in elongated slots in the plate, to provide the adjustment. The shaft 10 is connected by a linkage 14, 16 to an overcentre lever handle or a pivoted lever in a slotted gate.
