1304052 Pressure measuring device CORNING GLASS WORKS 19 Jan 1970 [21 Jan 1969] 2458/70 Heading G1L A device for measuring pressure comprises a resiliently biased piston 16 carrying a target 20, a nozzle 12 for issuing a stream of sensing fluid to determine by the back pressure produced in the nozzle the distance between nozzle and target, a biasing member 26 co-operating with the piston o maintain the said distance constant in the absence of a pressure to be measured and for opposing movement of the piston in response to a pressure to be measured.
