Abstract

128,179. Baldwin, J. H. May 26, 1919. Stoppers fitted with withdrawing- devices.-A cork &c. for bottles and other receptacles is fitted with a small corkscrew b having an eye c at the top through which a cord &c. d is passed to facilitate withdrawal of the cork. The cord may be coiled into a spiral on the cork so that a capsule can be placed over it. The cord may carry a ring of a size adapted to rest on or round the mouth of the bottle.
