1280100 Shelf components SVEN GERDMAN 15 Oct 1970 49129/70 Heading A4B Shelf components comprise two elongate supports; four separate arms; two shelf plates; a door unit including door support members and one or more doors pivotally mounted thereon; and means for removably securing the members to the arms, the components being such that, in the assembled condition the arms and the supports extend generally horizontally and vertically, respectively, each of two of the arms is secured at one end only to one support, while each of the remaining two arms are each secured at one end only to the other support, the two shelf plates are vertically spaced, each plate being supported by a pair of arms, and the doors close the opening between the shelf plates. The doors may be hinged to uprights, or pivot about rods which extend into cross-members. The doors may be formed with holes or an open lattice-work to allow articles to be attached to, and displayed on, the doors. The arms may engage slotted uprights and may be as shown in Fig.3. As shown in Fig.2, shelf plate 11 may be supported and clamped by member 10 with pressed-up tongue 12, member 10 being supported by member 7 which is supported by the bracket.
