To provide both vertical and horizontal adjustment for a door 8 during fixing of the hinges, each hinge has slots 2, 6 in the hinge plates each accommodating an adjusting screw. The door and post are cut away sufficiently to allow adjustment of the hinge plates in the directions of the slots.
