1279473 Two-stage reciprocating compressors T UENO 4 Nov 1969 [15 Nov 1968J 53987/69 Heading FIN A two-stage reciprocating air compressor comprises a plurality of first stage cylinders 1A, 1B, 1C and second stage cylinders 1E, 1F, the pistons in the cylinders being reciprocated by a crankshaft 5 having equi-angularly spaced cranks which effect compression of the air in succession at equal intervals. The inlet and outlet valves of each cylinder are operated through rocker levers and push rods reciprocated by a camshaft geared to the crank-shaft, Fig. 3 (not shown).
