Abstract

1276269 Seat adjustments P A RENTROP GmbH 29 April 1970 [11 Sept 1969] 20503/70 Heading A4J The rotation of two plate cams 5 lying in a plane parallel with the front edge of a seat 1 causes the height of the front edge of the seat to be adjusted, the seat being locked in the adjusted position by a pin 11 engaging in one hole 13 in a row of holes in a catch plate 12. The pin is withdrawn from a hole against the action of a spring by a bowden cable (14), Fig. 1 (not shown) which is attached to a handle (15). The seat is adjusted by the occupant of the seat shifting his weight.
