Abstract

1275888 Delivering sheets RANK XEROX Ltd 5 May 1971 [7 May 1970] 13141/71 Heading B8R Transfer sheets 108 are stripped from a xerographic drum 107 by air stored under pressure in a reservoir 3 and blown from the slit 5a of a manifold 5, the air being blow when a solenoid valve 4 is opened in response to the direction of the arrival of the leading edge of a sheet at a point P by a photo-electric element 10 receiving light from a source 9 reflected from the sheet.
