Abstract
1,271,689. Manifolding sets. HANS MEYER, FABRIK FUR VORDRUCK-SYSTEME UND ORGANISATION-MITTEL G.m.b.H. 29 June, 1969 [29 June, 1968], No. 31558/69. Heading B6A. An account sales pad comprises a plurality of sets of blank forms each set comprising two or more superposed blank forms and an underlying further form which may be a data processing card such as a punched card such that information recorded on the upper blank form is transferred also to the data processing card which when detached from the set of blank forms may be passed for accounting purposes through a data processing machine. In one embodiment a pad as described in the Specification 1,139,306 has each of the lowermost blank forms associated with an underlying data processing card. In another embodiment a zig-zag folded backing sheet 10, Fig. 2, has a pair of blank forms 11, 12 and an underlying data processing card 13 or 14 adhesively bonded to alternate folds, which permit the sets of forms to be displaced transversely relative to each other when the folds are spread into a planer configuration. The blank forms 11, 12 are provided at their rear faces with areas coated with pressuresensitive transfer layers and both the forms and data processing card are separable along frangible lines.
