Abstract

1,264,078. Retraction switches; controllers for motor overload. INSTITUT FUR FORDERTECHNIK LEIPZIG. 8 June, 1970, No. 27550/70. Heading H1N. A geared output drive unit of an electric motor 1, Fig. 1, has an output shaft 12 engaged with a driven journal 11 mounted on bearings 22, 23 in a bush 5 attached by flange 4 to the drive unit housing 2 and yieldingly rotatable in bearings 9, 10 of a fixed mounting 8, 16 whereby overload switches (21), Fig. 2 (not shown) are operated through radial arms (17) extending from the flange 4. The journal 11 carries a sprocket 13 and the assembly with bearings 22, 23 is held against endwise movement by flange 15 and a bearing end plate 14.
