Abstract

1,261,044. Hydraulic reciprocating motors. POCLAIN. Jan.24, 1969 [Feb. 7, 1968], No.4242/69. Heading F1A. A hydraulic motor comprises a rotary cylinder block 1, a stationary distributor 8 mounted in the cylinder block and coaxial with the shaft of the motor and provided with at least three groups of ports 15a, (15b), Fig.2 (not shown), 15c, group 15a being permanently connected with a fluid supply conduit 13 and group 15c with discharge conduit 14 while group (15b) may be connected selectively to one or the other supply or discharge conduits, and each port communicates sequentially with each of the cylinders 3 during each revolution. A slide valve 10 is provided with an annular channel 10a and in the position shown it connects channels 9b, 9c to the discharge conduit, and when moved to the left under fluid-pressure entering the passage 11 the channel 9b is placed in communication with the supply conduit together with channel 9a. A reversing valve may be provided in the main pressure fluid conduits for reversing and stopping the motor, Furthermore a distributer having ports in one or both of its end faces co-operating with ports within the cylinder block may be provided,
