Abstract

[Also in Division G1] In a fluid level indicator in which contacts 16 are bridged by a member 18 to complete a circuit to an audible or visual alarm when the liquid level in a reservoir falls below a predetermined level, a rod 12, carrying the float 13, is provided with a number of projections along the length thereof so that the rod can be cut-off immediately above a projection corresponding to the depth of reservoir in which the rod is to be used and a float then pushed on to the rod into abutment with the next projection.
