A conveyer track comprises a rail 1 suspended from supporting structures by suspension elements 3 and an even number of channel-section reinforcing members 2 secured in pairs to the rails between successive suspension elements, one reinforcement of each pair being at each side of the rail, and each pair being secured to the rail by clamps 4. The clamps comprise two identical halves, each reinforcement having clamp halves welded to it.
