[Also in Division A4] In a handle assembly for a vehicle window regulator or door lock the operating arm 3 engages a coupling boss 1 attached to the squared end of the operated spindle, the end of the arm entering a slot in the boss and its flat end 16 engaging a chordal abutment surface at the end of the slot. The boss 1 is secured to the spindle by a screw and socket joint.
