A bicycle lamp comprises a hollow tapered body 1 containing a lamp unit 2 at one end, a radio set 5 at the other end, and a cell box 3 adapted to accommodate a dry cell, the box being disposed below an opening 1d in the upper wall of the body through which the cell can be inserted or replaced and the opening being covered by a hollow tapered outer case 8 which conforms to the shape of the body and cooperates with a packing member 4 to seal the opening in a water-tight manner. The case 8 overhangs the ends of the body at 8a1, 8a2 and is cut away beneath the body so that only a narrow annular portion 8b remains.
