1,133,776. Cartons. MARDON, SON & HALL Ltd. 4 Oct., 1966 [1 Dec., 1965], No. 50908/65. Heading B8P. A box of tubular form e.g. for footwear has a closure flap 15 hinged to one wall, the opposite wall having a flap 18 bent into contact with the inner face of said opposite wall and fixed thereto in all but one area, in which area said flap stands proud to provide a lip 25 for retaining the free end of the closure flap. The closure flap is connected to the adjacent walls by gussets 23 and has a finger hole 26. The lip 25 may be so arranged as to retain the closure flap in a plane normal to the wall to which it is hinged.
