A press for moulding concrete panels includes a mould bottom comprised by a number of boxsection structures of the same length releasably secured together in side-by-side relation whereby the lengthwise dimension of the mould bottom can be altered; in order to provide a relatively small alteration in the length of the mould bottom one or more packing members are inserted between at least one pair of adjacent structures, and to provide a relatively small adjustment in width one or more members are releasably attached to an end of each structure. In Fig. 1 a plate 60 with shims 63, 64 is sandwiched between mould bottom structures 55 to increase the length of the mould bottom. The plate 60 has projections 61, 62 spaced along its length to engage apertures and recesses respectively in side plates 52 of adjacent structures. Alternatively the packing means may comprise a number of abutting units extending across the width of the mould. An alteration in mould width may be provided by a beam 66, Fig. 2, secured by bolts 67 between a side beam 20 of the mould bottom and a side-plate 56; the beam may be composed of a number of abutting short beams.
