Abstract

123,805. Maudslay, R. W., and Standard Motor Co. March 1, 1918. Connecting - rods. - Consists in means for securing the gudgeonpin by which the connecting-rod is attached to the piston. The gudgeon-pin B is made tubular as is usual, and is secured by a bolt E and disks D provided with bosses D<1> to fit the bore of the pin and recessed to accommodate the bolt-head and nut, or the two nuts E<1>, E<2>.
