1,237,802. Package for ampoules. SOC. PARISIENNE D'EXPANSION CHIMIQUE. 7 Aug., 1969 [23 April, 1969], No. 39671/69. Addition to 1,054,910. Heading B8P. A package for cylindrical ampoules comprises a box 10 having partitions 12 defining juxtaposed compartments, pairs of lugs 13 and bars 9 to hold the ampoules in position at the top and bottom of their cylindrical portions, chocks (14) at the necks of the ampoules to prevent their longitudinal movement, and slots 8, 8<SP>1</SP> in side walls 11, the bottoms of the slots being below the level of the tops of the ampoules so that an inking pad may be passed through them to contact the ampoules. The package is preferably of a resilient plastics material and may be produced by injection moulding. The box may be provided with a lid or introduced into a cardboard case.
