[Also in Division A4] A shower unit for installation in a shower cabinet or a bathroom comprises a shower head fitting 133, a housing having a plurality of relatively inclined walls and containing means for connecting the fitting 133 to a water supply, a curtain rail carried by the housing externally thereof, a control valve 64 supported by a removable wall of the housing, and a mixing chamber 131 connected to the fitting 133, the valve 64 having an inlet for connection to a water supply, a first outlet connected to an inlet of the mixing chamber and a second outlet for connection to a water heater 126 connected to the chamber 131. The valve 64 may be of the type disclosed in Specification 1,156,604.
