Abstract
1,224,197. Stacking and folding cloth. H. KRANTZ VERWALTUNGS G.m.b.H. 21 Nov., 1968, No. 55323/68. Heading D1S. A device for stacking and folding cloth for pressing plants in which pressboards 7 are alternately transferred onto a vertically adjustable stacking table 1 from vertically adjustable pressboard magazine tables 2 and 3 one on either side of 1, has a carriage 16 which can be reciprocally moved over the tables. On the carriage 16 is arranged a slide 19 which is movable transverse to 16. Grippers 22 extend from 19 and are actuated on movement of the slide 19 by a cable pull or by cylinders acted upon hydraulically or pneumatically so that in the end positions of the carriage 16, the grippers 22 come into contact with the uppermost pressboards 7.
