Abstract
1,221,122. Brassieres. INTERNATIONAL PLAYTEX CORP. 20 Feb., 1968 [29 May, 1967], No. 36921/70. Divided out of 1,221,121. Heading A3V. In a brassiere, as disclosed in Specification 1,221,121, the inner edge portions of the breast cups 10, 12 are attached to a pair of V-shaped tapes 26, 28, the tapes being secured together at the apices of the V's 42. Either the divergent branches of each tape may be secured to the upper inner edge portion 34 and the lower inner edge portion 38 of one cup or the branches of one tape may be secured to the upper inner edge portions of both cups, the other tape being secured to the lower inner edge portions of the two cups.
