A chamber 1 containing pressurized air includes a mask 2 connected through an inhalation valve 5 to an oxygen supply controlled by a valve 7 which is operated by variations of pressure in the mask 2; the mask 2 is also connected through an exhalation valve 12 to a reception tube 28 in communication with the interior of the pressure chamber 1 and to the ambient atmosphere through a pressure reducer 24 and throttling element 26. A valve 23 connects the mask 2 to the interior of the pressure chamber 1. (For Figure see next column)
