Abstract

1,217,409. Drainage. J. P. PRUNTY. 24 Aug., 1968, No. 40592/68. Heading A1B. A method of producing turf comprises providing drainage channels 14 above conventional "herring bone" subterranean channels 11, filling said drainage channels with stone particles and providing a covering layer of a mixture of sand and grass seed. Stone particles may also be incorporated into the mixture. Reference has been directed by the Comptroller to Specification 1,084,533.
