Abstract

1,212,854. Display cartons. MARDON, SON & HALL Ltd. 13 June, 1968 [16 Sept., 1967], No. 42293/67. Heading B8P. A display carton for an article such as a tube of toothpaste comprises a sleeve which includes a panel 12 creased longitudinally at 14 to form inclined article supporting panels 15, 16. Panel 12 is wider than the opposite panel 13. Side panels 10, 11 have crease lines 30, 31 respectively about which they are folded to permit flap 17 to be glued to panel 13 and so form a flattened sleeve. The sleeve is erected by folding the panels about crease lines 40-42 and flattening those portions of panels 10, 11 folded about crease lines 30, 31. Notches &c. 32; 33, 38 are provided for supporting engagement with portions of the article.
