Abstract

1,204,753. Drinking cups and containers. FRIGEO-WERK BELTLE & CO. 18 Nov., 1968 [18 Nov., 1967], No. 54515/68. Heading B8K. A conical cup of plastics or waterproof paper or cardboard is folded along diametrically opposite lines to form a substantially flat bag. The bag is then filled with a desired amount of powdered or granular material, from which beverage may subsequently be prepared, and the bag sealed by a tape or string 7 coated with a heat-sealing adhesive with the addition of wax. The sealing member 7 extends chordally from an edge 8 of the bag to an edge 9 and projects from the edge 9 to facilitate gripping when opening.
