A shadow box comprises a pair of side flaps 27 connected to side walls 22 and projecting into the box, each side flap being connected by a generally triangular section 28 to an end flap 31, which is folded over to form an end of the box, each triangular section being formed with a free edge 33 which grips a receptacle placed in the box.
