Abstract

1,204,037. Partitions. PEERLESS FENCE & PRODUCTS Ltd. 28 Feb., 1969 [2 Feb., 1968], No. 5459/68. Heading E1W. [Also in Division Dl] Wire mesh panels 10 comprising a woven mesh the apices of which pass through a series of apertures in channel section struts 14, 15 of a rectangular framework, are bolted together and to telescopically adjustable posts 36 to form a partition. The ends of the wires which pass through the apertures are bent or welded to hold them in place. The members 14 and 15 may be slotted or welded together. In the bottom panel of the partition the members 15 are extended to form feet. The panels may be reinforced by horizontal cross struts comprising a pair of channels secured together through the mesh. Channel section reinforcing members may extend across the tops of adjacent panels in the partitions.
