1,197,570. Fabric laminate. COURTAULDS Ltd. 20 Nov., 1967 [21 Nov., 1966], No. 51982/66. Heading B5N. [Also in Division C3] Cotton fabric and woven wool cloth are laminated, using as adhesive a plasticized secondary cellulose acetate containing at least 70% by wt. of plasticizer (see Division C3). The adhesive is applied to the cotton as an aqueous paste dispersed in a protective colloid, e.g. a mixture of PVA and sodium alginate, is dried, and the fabrics united by heat and pressure.
