1,186,744. Mineral-mining cutter drums. TODWICK MINING MACHINERY CO. Ltd. 25 July, 1968 [25 July, 1967], No. 34106/67. Heading E1F. A mineral-mining cutter drum comprises a cylinder 5 having pick boxes 8 on its outer curved surface, a disc 3 secured to the interior of the cylinder at a positioned inwards of the outer end thereof and securable to a driven shaft 2, and a ring 6 secured to the interior of the cylinder 5 adjacent the outer end thereof and having means 13 for the securing to the ring 6 of a pick-armed end plate 10, 11, 12.
