Abstract

1,173,468. Tents. HUMPHREYS & GLASGOW Ltd. 6 March, 1968 [22 March, 1967], No. 13518/67. Heading E1A. A ridge tent comprises a framework of scaffold tubes interconnected by socket brackets having clamping screws therein and a covering 40 of flexible sheet plastics which is secured thereto by having fed through eyelets 47 attached thereto. For modified arrangements of framework and bracket details, Figs. 1-21 (not shown), should be referred to. The cover may be constructed from several sheets which are welded or adhesively interconnected and may be attached to the framework by a system of Dutch lacing, see Fig. 23 (not shown).
