[Also in Division C1] Carbonized organic fibres e. g. rayon, are coated with pyrolytic material e. g. boron nitride, tantalum carbide, niobium carbide, zirconium carbide, hafnium carbide, silicon carbide, tantalum, tungsten, molybdenum or niobium. The coating may be doped with Si, B, Hf, Zr, Ta or Hb by decomposing a trihalide.
