1,162,768. Photo-copying apparatus. GENERAL ANILINE & FILM CORP. Oct. 27, 1967 [Nov.1, 1966], No.49033/67. HeadingG2A. A continuous photo-copying machine for exposing a web of sensitized material in contact with a web original each web having perforations spaced along each edge thereof comprises a first and second alignment means 12 and 16 disposed on either side of an exposure station 14 said alignment means consisting of tractor belts 52 and 88, mounted on rollers 56 and 92 and tension rollers 58 and 94 carrying at their edges pins 54 and 90 and retaining plates 48 and 98 and said exposure station consisting of a lamp 30, a transparent curved platen 44, a parabolic reflector 62, an exhaust cover 64 with port 66, a polytetrafluorethylene coated fibre glass screen 68 and tension means for said screen consisting of spring 70 and hook 84. The exposed sensitized material and original are separated at 18 and the exposed material passes to the developer station 20.
