1,159,287. Linkwork. GENERAL INSTRUMENT CORP. 11 Oct., 1967 [16 Nov., 1966], No. 46479/67. Heading F2K. [Also in Division H3] Linkwork for operating the tuning pointer of a radio receiver (see Division H3) comprises a rectilinearly moving member 14 having a slot 26 in which slides a pin 24 attached to one end of a crank 16. The latter is pivoted to the frame at 22 and its other end is pivoted at 28 to an arm 18 whose upper end 30 slides in a groove 32. As the member 14 moves up and down a pointer 20 on the lower end of the arm 18 moves in an arc about the sliding pivot 30.
