Abstract

1,151,451. Tents. L. WALRAVE. 10 Feb., 1967 [18 Feb., 1966], No. 6448/67. Heading E1A. A tent comprises a ground sheet 15 fixed to posts 11, 12, 213, 14 which are secured to a block 16 by. a plurality of end-pieces regularly spaced there about and capped by a covering 10 of synthetic plastic material. Each post is in two parts 11A, 11B interconnected by a plug connection and an outer sleeve 18, the two parts in the disconnected state being held together by an elastic cord. The covering is reinforced as at 44, 45 and provided with a folding flap 147 for retaining stabilising sand in position.
