Abstract

A shelf bracket 13 has rear end hooks 11 (and 10, 12) engaged in apertures (9) formed in the base of a channel 2 directed inwardly from the web of a vertical, U-section support 1, the support's limbs 3, 4 having inwardly bent extensions 5, 6 terminating in parallel protrusions 7, 8 defining a mouth through which the hooked end of the bracket 13 is passed to engage the apertures (9). An upstanding tongue 14 on the bottom edge of each aperture (9) serves to space side by side brackets 13. Fixing holes 16, 17 for back panels are formed in the extensions 5, 6. The inclination of the bracket 13 may be varied by selective engagement of either a first pair (10, 11) or a second pair (11, 12) of hooks with the apertures (9).
