Electrically-propelled road cars. -The electric motor c of an invalid chair &c. is arranged vertically, as shown in Fig. 3, and the worm d drives the wheel e on the back axle, which is fitted with a differential of four bevel wheels. The differential and the transmission gearing are enclosed in a casing.
