Abstract

114,437. Fletcher, F. P. May 7, 1917. Electric stoves. - A hot plate 1 is suspended from the underside of the hob 3. The plate has a number of lugs 4 through which pass bolts 5 fixed to the hob and carrying springs 6 upon which the plate rests. The plate normally projects above the surface of the hob, and several plates may be provided to project through a single opening in the hob. The supply leads may be carried through passages in the lugs 4. The mounting of the plate enables it to be tilted in various directions.
