[Also in Division E1] Parquet strips 1 have cork discs 4 glued to their undersides which are in turn glued to a bitumen-impregnated felt underlay to form a panel. The discs cover an area of between 30% and 50% of the area of the strips, and are between 1À5 and 4 mm. thick.
