[Also in Division F4] A return-coupling 11 for a radiator 4 in a central heating system comprises a first inlet 12 connected to the radiator outlet 13, a second inlet 15 connected to the by-pass outlet 5 of a valve 1, an outlet 16, and a water trap 21 which prevents water entering inlet 15 from passage to inlet 12. The upper edge 26 of trap 21 is located above the lower edge of a baffle 24 in inlet 15. The trap communicates with inlet 12 via an aperture 19 which may be closed by a valve element 18.
