A reciprocable shaving cutter is mounted on leaf springs, each of which has at least two and preferably three legs a<SP>11</SP>, b<SP>11</SP>, a<SP>11</SP>, at least one of which, b, is connected with the movable cutter and the other(s) is/are secured to a fixed part, e.g. the shaver body. The spring may be of metal or synthetic resin and may have a member 6 to carry the cutter on a stage part s<SP>11</SP> integral with the springs.
