1,127,833. Continuous hot dip coating process. NATIONAL STEEL CORP. June 14, 1965 [Nov. 5, 1964], No.10309/68. Divided out of 1,127, 831. Heading C7F. The subject-matter of this Specification is identical with that of the parent Specification 1,127,831, with the exception of the angle of impingement of the hot gas in the weight control zone, said angle of impingement not being limited to 5 degrees above or below the perpendicular. The claims are also directed to process and apparatus for continuously measuring the coating weight and to controlling the rate of supply of hot gas to the gas outlet to maintain a constant coating weight.
