A resilient clip 10 for attaching a moulding 22 to an apertured panel comprises sheet material shaped to form a base having a flat central portion 11 and two aligned approximately parallel side portions 12, 13 on opposite sides of the central portion and spaced therefrom by raised channel portions 14, 15, the central and side portions being Co-planar and the central portion being apertured for a screw or bolt 25, the side portions having integral flange portions 23, 24 which extend upwardly on the same side as the channel portions to engage inturned edges of the moulding. As shown, the panel, which may be of glass is secured by the screw or bolt to a support 29.
