Abstract

1,124,785. Reversible ploughs. MASSEYFERGUSON, S.A. 28 Oct., 1965 [29 Oct., 1964], No. 44085/64. Heading A1B. A reversible plough is arranged to be attached to a quick hitch device on a tractor by means of a pin 13 and two lower pins. The lower pins may be replaced by alternative pins so that the plough may be attached to the tractor three point linkage, the upper link of which is attached by a pin inserted in one of the holes 14. Plough bodies are attached to a shaft 20 which is rotatable in a beam 17 attached to a subframe 16 which is pivoted to a main frame 10 by a shaft 11 and a reversing lever 24 is pivotally mounted on a pin 23 on the sub-frame 16 and is pivoted on a pin 18 carried by the main frame. The reversing lever 24 is raised to rotate the plough as the implement is raised on the lift linkage.
