Abstract
1,121,151. Valves. AJEM LABORATORIES Inc. 29 July, 1965 [11 Jan., 1965; 23 April, 1965], No. 32544/65. Addition to 1,082,736. Heading F2V. [Also in Division G1] A valve consists of a conical housing 60 having a bore 62 for receiving ball valve element 63. Valve seats 66, 67 are of "Teflon" (Registered Trade Mark). One end of valve stem 70 engages with a slot 65 in element 63 and is connected at its other end to a rotary fluid-operated motor of the type including a vane forming chambers at opposite sides thereof, which chambers are connected to a piston-type valve operated by means of a solenoid winding to permit admission of fluid to one or other of the chambers.
