A pressurized dispensing container having a toroidal ring 3 surrounding the valve is fitted with an annular member 4 the external diameter of which is substantially the same as the container, the inner circumference having a projection or projections engaging the ring 3 and the outer circumference having an indentation 6 or projection engageable by a corresponding projection 8 or indentation in a cap 7.
