Abstract

1,110,660. Seals. SUMO PUMPS Ltd. 31 March, 1967 [20 May, 1966], No. 22469/66. Heading F2B. Seals 14, 15 are provided between the housing 6 and the neck-ring and hub portions 10, 11 of a pump impeller 1. The seals, which may be made of rubber or polyurethane, have lips 14a, 15a which are urged into sealing contact by the fluid pressure within the pump.
