1,108,203. Shovel excavators. RUSTONBUCYRUS Ltd. 4 Jan., 1966 [7 Jan., 1965], No. 212/66. Heading E1F. Powered pivoting of a shovel bucket about the pivotal connection between the bucket and a dipper stick is caused as desired for optimum working conditions by powered extensible and retractable means, preferably hydraulically actuated double acting piston cylinder units, disposed above and below the pivotal connection between the dipper stick and the bucket.
