Abstract
A fish food product, which may be used for sausage filling comprises a chopped mixture having the composition:- .White fish fillets.46.9-75% .Pork fat.10-30% .Rusk.1.5-15% .Water.1-10% Preferably the proportions are:- .White fish.55-75% .Pork fat.10-25% .Rusk.5-15% .Water.1-3.5% and up to 70% of the rusk may be replaced by an equal weight of soya flour. Seasoning and colouring may also be added.
